- If I do not have pay slip, am I eligible for loan ? Yes you are. All you need is to provide proof of income. eg bank statements
- I don’t live in Kuala Lumpur or Petaling Jaya. How do I deal with you ? Not to worry, your business is important to us. We will make it a point to ensure you are attended to as promptly.
- What documents do you need from me ? For a start, we just need your contact details, so we can contact you and find out more what you have in mind. Once we establish that, and if you decide to take a bank loan, we probably will need only photocopies of your Identity Card, Pay Slip and/or Bank Statements for the bank to process your loan.
- When will I get my car ? We deliver our customers cars as soon as the bank approves the loan. Of course subject to model/color availability by Proton Holdings sometimes.
- Do I need to come to your showroom ? Not necessarily, if you are busy, we will come to you or you can just email/fax us the required documents.
- How do I pay my down payment? Kindly make out cheque payment to “Pelantar Sistem ( M) Sdn Bhd” and write the “Buyers Order no.” on the reverse side. If you pay in Cash, insist for an official receipt from us.
- Why don’t I see prices and discount on your website? and what is the difference between your prices with brokers / agents? Proton offers and promotion changes frequently, please contact us directly via the contact form or by phone and we will ensure you get the latest and best deals in town. Being Proton Edar’s authorised dealer, we are obliged to give Full Discounts directly to our customers, whereas if you buy from a broker/agent, their commission comes from your discount.
- Can I test drive ? Yes you can, depending on availability of Test Drive unit
- After Sales Service, where and how its done ? Your attending sales advisor will guide you and brief you on all matters regarding after sales service when you collect your new car. You will also be advised on where the nearest service centre is and how to make a booking etc.
- If I have problems or other issues, who else can I contact in your company ? You can contact our Sales Manager Mr Edwin Tan @ 012 -2991819. He will be happy to hear from you , as it will only make us better.
